Start Fundraising
As an onboarded charity you have access to free integrated website widgets that allow your supporters to instantly create a fundraising page for you all year round. The doesn’t have to be connected to any campaign or event and is fully customisable. This means you keep all your supporters engaged on your own trusted charity website and reduce any potential drop offs in redirects to other fundraising platforms. Amazing Right?
How to get started:
- Go to ” Your Widgets” menu on the left side menu of your charity portal.
- Click on Create Page widget
3. By default ” Benefactor Only Pages” (No campaign) will be selected. This is your generic start fundraising widget. Optionally, you can select a campaign from the dropdown, for example the Irish Life Dublin Marathon, VHI etc.
4. Copy and paste the text highlighted in red to your web developers or website management team.
5. If you are sending out merchandise or a support pack you an optionally include a deposit in the widget also. This will automatically appear as the persons first donation on their fundraising page. (View Deposit Guide)
